Where I Stumble

It's lovingly called the "Bacon Diet", which might imply that it's simply one of the best diets around (in the event that you are a meat-eater). It makes Keto sound simple, flavorful, and hearty, and for the most part, it is. But then you go outside your home and realize you can't afford to eat steak everywhere.

I [heart] Almonds!

There was a point when I first started this diet when I thought I wasn't going to make it. I wasn't going to last a week, let alone years. The Keto board on Reddit sometimes addresses "snacks", but I was reading a lot of people turning to things like pepperoni, hard boiled eggs, complicated recipes, and things that required a lot of moderation if they were to be eaten. The First 20lbs

The Journey So Far

So many people in the world today would say they want to lose weight, but only a few truly make the life changes necessary to do so. I want to be one of those few people.

Review: Jawbone's "UP" Band (1st Gen)

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

After wearing one for about a month, I'm going to pass some judgement on this popular fitness tech.

The Jawbone "UP" band is a fitness bracelet that tracks movement and sleep, then connects to a mobile device via the headphone jack in order to by synced with their UP application (on Android and iOS). It is charged via USB every 10 days and is meant to be worn at all times.
